When I Was Young, I Listened Different Styles Of Music – Nine Inch Nails, Radiohead, The Smashing Pumpkins, Massive Attack, Depeche Mode And The Chemical Brothers But Also German Hip-Hop Like Die Fantastischen 4 And Die Absoluten Beginner. Maybe This Various Music Background Is The Source Of My Ability To Produce From House To Techno.

I Met Franky A Few Years Ago During A Gig At The Airport Würzburg. Years Later We Did A Studio Session Together And I Recorded Him Playing Clarinets. When I Was Producing The Latest E.P. I Remembered The Recording And Used It For ‘Room 101’. Btw. 101 Are Our House Numbers Added. As I’m Fan Of Stefanos Music And I Played A Lot Of His Tunes! I Am Really Proud And Happy That He Had Time And I Love The Result!

During The Week, I Try To Have A Normal Sleep-Rhythm. Getting Up Very Day Early Between 7-8am And Going To Bed From 11-12pm. I Try To Eat No Fast Food, Reduce Sugar To A Minimum And Do Sports.

What’s Your Personal Idea Of A Stunning DJ Mix?

First We Have To Separate Club Sets From Podcast Mixes. With Audience In Front Of Me The Most Important Thing Is That People Having Fun. So It Can Happen That I Change The Vibe During My Set.
When I Do A Podcast Mix, It’s All About The Flow. Every Track Has To Have His Right Place In The Mix. A Beginning, A Peak And An End. I Love Doing Podcasts As Well, Because I Can Play Music That I Like, But That I Could Never Present In A Club Gig.

Maybe You Can Tell Us More About Your Personal Set Up, You Are Working With?

In The Studio, I Am Working With Ableton And Some Software Synths. I Don’t Have Any Hardware Besides A Midi-Keyboard And The Machine. My DJ Setup Is Constantly Changing. I Started With Vinyl, Then I Changed To Play With Traktor And Allen&Heath. This Year On The Thaibreak I Changed To CDJ With Recordbox And To Pioneer DJM. I Miss My Traktor FX So Much, That I Said Good-Bye A&H, And Started To Play With The Pioneer 850.
